Job Responsibilities : To work under the guidance of the BdREN TST consultant, Network Engineers; senior officials of the BdREN/ HEQEP/ UGC and provide secretarial support to them.

To assist project officials implementing BdREN activities.

To keep security of the offices, especially where networks link, internet, office equipments are set up.

To undertake administrative, establishment and financial related activities of BdREN.

To carrying out day-to-day administration activities and monitor network uses.

To provide assistance of all necessary support in procurement of goods, install and necessary operation mechanism and maintenance of the whole system.

To liaise with the stakeholder community like? BdREN users, Universities, Research Institutions, UGC, BTRC, PGCB (Power Greed Company of Bangladesh) ministries, telecom operators and fiber optic network providers;

To help monitoring the BdREN implementation programs.

To coordinate 3rd class and 4th class staffs and trains them for delivering services efficiently.

To deliver support on trouble shooting of computer and electronic equipments.

To keep records of procuring stationeries/ goods and disbursement.

To carry out all sorts of correspondence with stakeholders.

To coordinate administrative and technical programs like organizing meeting, seminar, workshop and other similar programs.

To prepare agenda (working papers), minutes and relevant documents.

To assist key staffs of Bangladesh Research and Education Network (BdREN) in delivering services.

To carry out any other responsibilities which are to be given by the superior for the interest of the BdREN and HEQEP.
