• Work as a desk officer for teaching learning subproject

• Primary screening and selection of teaching learning subproject

• All types of correspondence with subproject PDs for teaching learning related project implementation

• Co-ordinate with AIF Coordinator and supply all relevant information to monitoring and evaluation unit

• Managing the portfolio of sub-projects allocated in teaching-learning

• Maintain relevant records, documents and reports concerning the implementation teaching & learning sub-projects.

• Liaison between the recipient universities and the UGCAIF Secretariat in matters of teaching learning project implementation and management.
